We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Execira and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continued access poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention after account closure is governed by our Privacy Policy.
