Introduction

Execira is a kanban project management platform operated by Profi Adverts. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information. By using Execira, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account data — your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and optional profile avatar.
  • Workspace content — boards, tasks, comments, checklists, file attachments, CRM deals, contacts, and any other content you create within your workspaces.
  • Usage logs — activity logs, notification records, and basic request metadata used for service operation and security.
  • Integration tokens — OAuth access tokens for connected third-party services (Slack, Telegram, GitHub, Google Calendar) stored encrypted and used solely to operate those integrations on your behalf.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Execira service.
  • Send notifications you have opted into (in-app, email, push, Slack, Telegram).
  • Respond to customer support requests.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve product quality and reliability.

Google User Data

Execira requests access to your Google Calendar via OAuth (scope: calendar.events). We use this access solely to create, update, and delete calendar events that correspond to your assigned tasks with due dates. We do not read other events from your calendar. We do not share, sell, or use Google user data for advertising. Event metadata stored on our servers is limited to: the Google event ID for synchronization, and the last sync timestamp. You can disconnect and revoke access at any time via your Execira integrations settings or your Google Account permissions page.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of service providers, strictly for the purpose of operating Execira:

  • Hosting provider — servers and infrastructure where your data is stored and processed.
  • Email delivery — transactional email service used to send notifications and account emails.
  • Push notification services — web push delivery infrastructure for browser notifications.

We require all sub-processors to handle your data in a manner consistent with this policy.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and workspace content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period. Soft-deleted content (tasks, boards, clients) is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently removed. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export — request an export of your data in a portable format.
